Gracious Test Results Are In

The results of the Malawi School Certificate of Education Exams (the national exams taken by graduating students) were recently released and once again MCV’s Gracious Secondary School bettered the national average. Gracious had 65 students write the exam this year and 50 passed representing a 77% passing rate.  The national passing rate this year was 52%.

Gracious students also did exceptionally well on the Junior Certificate of Education Exams (taken by 10th grade students). 58 wrote the JCE and 51 passed representing an 88% passing rate compared to the national passing rate of 50%.
